Ithaca college tour

Standard

A college town for sure with a beautiful small campus. Today we got to tour Ithaca college which shares the town with cornell university.

We absolutely loved the feel of Ithaca college. The grounds was beautiful and not has huge as some of the other colleges.

We also got to learn Ithaca college as about 6200 undergraduate and 600 graduate.

Also we got to find out that they are one of the colleges that does not have to have a test score like SAT OR ACT and their reason is because they feel like one day of a test taking should not define you and if you get into college or not.

So Ithaca college is not now on a large list.

Syracuse University tour

Standard

Today we drove to Syracuse university to take their undergraduate tour. Beautiful city with a very beautiful campus.

Its about 3 hours away from new York city and about 2 hours from the capital of the state of New York Albany.

They one of the top universities to embrace US vets.

One of the things we found was that they lost 35 of their students who went abroad on a terriost plane crash in 1988. It’s really sad but they create a memorial area for them with all the students names on there and each year the school dedicate 1 week to remember them.

Great school and a possible school for our girls.
