Best thing I ever ate…who knows that show?

Well…this chicken wings was truly the best wings I ever ate in my entire existence…wow!!!

Crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful inside…it was really yummy…finger licking face smacking kind of chicken wings…

And what really surprised me is that am in Asia I did not expect Thai people to know much about wings…but tell you what who ever invented the seasoning for them chicken is my new wingman….LOL!!!

Free mall shows in Bangkok

Bangkok can never be boring…even without money….you get free entertainment.

Well start offs will be too many malls 1 mile from each other. LOL! !

And the malls are so huge it can take you a couple of months to really go through each shop and what they offer…

Then you have weekend markets and on and on and on…

Then my favourite…malls with free fashion show or just what the heck show…LOL!!!

since Monday I have see famous actors and shows all for free and at a great view.

Thai people amazes me every day

Could you believe what we saw today…???

Well a nitrogen ice cream stand…my kids are so fascinated about it…

So we had to try it. Very scientific buying moment.

Date night with a free show

So  what I love most about bangkok is ……ok shopping!!! But it’s the free shows all around. They have fashion shows, music shows all for free at most of the malls.

So today on our date night we went to siam mall and they had a show there with a thai famous actor…wish I could understand what he was saying…the show was in thai. But it was entertaining and just watching how he was swamped by his fans….pretty awesome. All this for free….datenight rocks in Bangkok.

Another Weekend Market

Wow!!! That’s all I can say….But Thai people know how to make a weekend market (which is only Friday,  Saturday and sunday) look like our regular all week market in Ghana ( Makorla).

And Thai people loove to shop…LOL!!!

Today at the weekend Market…got to spend the whole day with all the kids but was able to slip away with my oldest for a girly moment while the others play at the park. Super safe for the kids.

Bangkok weekend market filled with inventions…

Today we spent the whole day in Mo  Chit which is where they have one of bangkok’s largest weekend market.

The place was super packed with people all over.

Today as a family we started learning Spanish in preparation for our upcoming Latin America trip…and oh we are told in phillippines they also speak Spanish. So we have less than 2 months to be able to make a conversation.

We are using rosetta stone…super fun and exciting for the whole family

Bangkok feast….at least I tried..LOL!!

So today I decided to go to the grocery store open minded….

I pretty much bought all the fruits I have never seen before nor do I know the name…LOL!!

I know that’s tangerine there, but the rest wish I knew…

So for dinner I decided to make some Asian inspired meal…

Well,  crab was one of them and my family seem to enjoy every bit of that steamed crab tossed in butter sauce.

Then I made some stir friend shrimp and  squid papaya salad stir fry. Now that was  tasty.
And oh in Bangkok they have the real deal with the sweet corn. It was so sweet all I had to do was boil it…

For our appetiser I made a mushroom soup with 6 different types of mushrooms and grilled some Russian bread…yummy.

Now you know we are the Manns so we do have some sweet tooth…LOL! !

For dessert I made a thai roti roll filled with wheatgrass melt…and topped it with honey and whip cream…now that was the star of our evening.

And my oldest Destiny set the table with a napkin invention… and it says vagabond….

Great evening filled with laughter and food cooked with love…
